Each year as spring comes around, there is an enhanced sense of optimism as we look forward to warmer weather, more sunshine and new spring flowers. At Renascent, we have a similar sense of optimism year-round when new clients walk through our doors. We know that within our programs and treatment homes there is a community of support that offers healing and new beginnings to those struggling with addiction. It is amazing to be able to see these new beginnings all year round.
Now in year three of the COVID-19 Pandemic, Renascent continuously strives towards our Vision to ensure all individuals, families and loved ones impacted by addiction have timely access to comprehensive, person-centred and evidence-based treatment. As the COVID-19 landscape continues to shift, our teams have adapted to ensure the continuity of our programs and services to the many people who rely on us for help. Through the very challenging winter months, our inpatient teams prioritized the safety and recovery of our clients through rapid adaptation of our infection prevention and control measures in response to the Omicron variant. Above all, the teams prioritized access and continuation of treatment, minimizing program disruptions and offering support to individuals waiting for admission.
With steadily growing demand for addiction and mental health services, Renascent successfully expanded its Virtual Intensive Treatment Program, providing accessible treatment to many who would otherwise be unable to get the help they need. With the size of the Program doubled, Renascent is helping more people recover through this structured outpatient environment.
In the time ahead, as we continue to execute on our ambitious 2021-2026 Strategic Plan, donor support remains integral to our Mission. Your generosity ensures that we are able to save and change lives, heal families and communities, and create the hope of a brighter future for generations to come. Thank you for your continued support.
Gratefully yours,
Laura Bhoi
