Client rights
- You have a right to personal safety.
- You have a right to the protection of your personal property.
- You have a right to receive respect for your own spiritual beliefs.
- You have a right to be treated with courtesy by staff, by volunteers, and by your fellow clients.
- You have a right to ask questions and to receive honest answers.
- You have a right to appeal any decision made concerning you, or actions taken relating to you, by our staff or volunteers while you are at Renascent.
- You have a right to confidentiality.
- You have a right to have your addiction problem treated professionally and competently.
- You have a right to refuse to perform unsafe tasks.
- You have the right to be treated both as an individual and as a member of our community.
- You have the right to a 12-step, abstinence-based approach to treatment.
