I give my permission for my short story/my child’s short story to be used in Renascent’s print, digital, and video-based communications and marketing materials. This includes Renascent’s website, social media, donor, and alumni newsletters, and reports. I further acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with participation in Renascent communications or marketing materials or other Renascent publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said text and/or photos and/or videos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever. I hereby release Renascent, its contractors, its employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
