Renascent’s Continuing Care programs offer structured support during the critical months following intensive treatment — when applying new tools to daily life can feel overwhelming.
Whether you’re transitioning back to work, school, or family life, our virtual programs make it easy to stay connected and supported, no matter where you live. Renascent’s Complete Care model supports ongoing recovery by offering clients Continuing Care (a six-month virtual relapse prevention program), Essential Family Care Programs, and lifelong access to Renascent’s alumni community.

This six-month outpatient program helps you maintain and protect your recovery after completing treatment, whether at Renascent or another accredited provider. You’ll attend weekly sessions and receive personalized support to help prevent relapse and build a strong foundation for long-term recovery.

Adults aged 18+ who have completed inpatient or outpatient treatment with an accredited provider.
