Reporting to the Associate Director, Human Resources, the Coordinator will play an integral role in facilitating excellent communications with employees, job candidates and other stakeholders, and contribute to effective processes and Human Resources administration. This individual will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department, and will act as the first point of contact for the department, in many cases. As an integral member of the Human Resources team, the Coordinator will work across the organization to ensure optimum effectiveness and efficiency. As such, they will model Renascent values, maintain confidentiality and a desire to learn and grow within the role.
