We commit to responding to you within 24 hours on weekdays, and 72 hours on weekends.

Client rights

  • You have a right to personal safety.
  • You have a right to the protection of your personal property.
  • You have a right to receive respect for your own spiritual beliefs.
  • You have a right to be treated with courtesy by staff, by volunteers, and by your fellow clients.
  • You have a right to ask questions and to receive honest answers.
  • You have a right to appeal any decision made concerning you, or actions taken relating to you, by our staff or volunteers while you are at Renascent.
  • You have a right to confidentiality.
  • You have a right to have your addiction problem treated professionally and competently.
  • You have a right to refuse to perform unsafe tasks.
  • You have the right to be treated both as an individual and as a member of our community.
  • You have the right to an abstinence-based approach to treatment.

Client responsibilities

  • You have a responsibility to respect the personal safety of others.

  • You have a responsibility to cooperate as a part of our therapeutic process.
  • You have a responsibility to participate in appropriate tasks.
  • You have a responsibility to follow the rules we have established to protect your well-being and the well-being of others.
